1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EMS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. EMS is operated by AnantaHQ (anantahq.com).

2. Service Description

EMS is a multi-tenant employee, task, and attendance management platform. Tenant admins can manage employees, assign tasks, track attendance (including geolocation-tagged check-in/check-out and optional geofencing), manage leave requests and shift schedules, and view team analytics.

3. Free Trial & Billing

New tenant accounts receive a 15-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription based on your employee count. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use EMS to store or process data you do not have the right to collect, to circumvent employee-limit enforcement, or for any illegal purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the employee and attendance data you enter.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to EMS (employee records, tasks, attendance, documents). We act only as a processor of that data on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

EMS is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

You may cancel your tenant account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to other tenants.
