Refund Policy

15-Day Free Trial

Every new tenant receives a 15-day free trial with no payment required. We encourage you to fully evaluate EMS with your team before subscribing to a paid plan.

Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with EMS within 7 days of your first paid charge, contact us at billing@ems.anantahq.com for a full refund. Requests after 7 days are evaluated case by case.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests after 7 days of the charge (except on a case-by-case basis)
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Partial-month charges after a plan change or additional employee seats

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
