Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When a company signs up, we collect the admin's name, email address, and (optionally) a profile image via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.

As you use EMS, we collect the employee, task, and attendance data you enter yourself: employee names, emails, departments, designations, task details, and geolocation-tagged check-in/check-out coordinates (used only to enforce optional geofencing and to compute attendance summaries).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the EMS platform for your tenant
• To send transactional email (task assignment, request decisions, password resets)
• To process payments via Razorpay
• To communicate about your account or service updates

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except: Razorpay (payment processing), Google (OAuth authentication, if enabled), and Firebase (push notification delivery, if enabled). Each is subject to its own privacy policy.

4. Data Isolation

EMS is multi-tenant: every tenant-scoped record carries a tenant identifier that is enforced at the database query layer, so one tenant's data is never visible to another tenant.

5. Data Retention

Your tenant's data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for a limited grace period in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
